Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using StyleSync's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Services Description

StyleSync provides professional image consulting services including:

• Personal color analysis and seasonal typing
• Body shape analysis and proportion recommendations
• Capsule wardrobe creation and planning
• Complete styling services for various occasions
• Personal shopping assistance
• Wardrobe audits and consultations

Booking and Appointments

Scheduling

All consultations must be scheduled in advance through our booking system or by contacting us directly. We require at least 48 hours notice for all appointments.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours will forfeit 50% of the booking fee. No-shows will forfeit 100% of the booking fee.

Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled once without penalty if notice is given at least 48 hours in advance. Additional rescheduling requests may incur a $50 administrative fee.

Payment Terms

Fees and Pricing

All service fees are listed on our website and are subject to change. Current pricing is guaranteed at the time of booking. A deposit of 50% is required to secure your appointment.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept credit cards, debit cards, and electronic bank transfers. Payment processing is handled securely through our payment partners.

Late Payment

Full payment is due at the time of service. Accounts not paid in full within 30 days may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Arrive on time for scheduled appointments
• Provide accurate information about body measurements, preferences, and budget
• Respond to stylist communications within 48 hours
• Treat our staff and facilities with respect
• Follow recommended care instructions for any purchased items

Professional Recommendations

All styling recommendations and advice are provided based on industry best practices and our professional expertise. However, fashion and style are subjective, and we cannot guarantee that you will be satisfied with all recommendations. Final purchasing and styling decisions remain with the client.

Photography and Media

We may photograph before/after results and styling sessions for portfolio and marketing purposes. Clients will be asked to sign a separate photo release form. You may opt out of photography at any time.

Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all personal information, body measurements, and wardrobe discussions. This information will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent.

Shopping Services

Personal Shopping

When providing personal shopping services, StyleSync acts as your agent. All purchases are made on your behalf and you retain full responsibility for returns, exchanges, and payment to retailers.

Returns and Exchanges

Items purchased during personal shopping sessions are subject to the return policies of the individual retailers. StyleSync is not responsible for retailer return policies or processing returns.

Intellectual Property

All content created by StyleSync including style guides, lookbooks, wardrobe plans, and digital materials remain our intellectual property. Clients receive a personal license to use these materials for their own styling purposes but may not redistribute, sell, or commercially exploit these materials.

Limitation of Liability

StyleSync shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services
• Damages resulting from third-party retailers or service providers
• Personal injury occurring during shopping trips or consultations (except where caused by our negligence)
• Dissatisfaction with styling recommendations

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services rendered.

Warranty Disclaimer

Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will meet your specific requirements or expectations.

Virtual Consultations

For virtual consultations conducted via video conferencing:

• Clients are responsible for ensuring adequate internet connectivity
• Technical difficulties may require rescheduling without penalty
• Sessions may be recorded with client consent for reference purposes

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are non-refundable and must be used within 12 months of purchase. They cannot be redeemed for cash and are transferable to another person.

Disputes and Arbitration

Any disputes arising from these terms shall first be addressed through good faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration in Kansas under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kansas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining terms remain in full force and effect.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
